Additionally, website user and guest data, such as date of birth, nationality, gender, is collected for analytical purposes. Your IP addresses will be recorded by our databases to make your experience on our website more personalised. Your unique IP address also helps us collect information broad demographical statistics to be used solely by Roadhouse Hostels.

Reservation Data:

While making a booking with us, we do require your details like name, nationality, gender, mobile number, identity proofs, email IDs, emergency contact number, dates and tenure of your stay and so on. We have ensured that we keep our website secured by putting various security measures in place to block unauthorized traffic and for misuse of our website. However, we also understand that internet is not the most secured medium.

Credit Card Data:

In order to guarantee reservations via all channels (telephone, website or smartphone application, but not restricted to), we require a full 16 digit debit/credit card number, name on the card, card type (we accept VISA, Master card or Maestro), three digit security code and the expiry date.

We commit ourselves to keeping your card details secured and assure that the amount debited in case the cancellation policy has not been followed. Reservations that are cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival are not charged for, whereas no shows or failing to cancel in excess of 24 hours will incur a charge for the first night.

Additionally, Roadhouse Hostels does not guarantee the same procedures being followed by third party agents upon booking. In case of bookings made from third parties, please refer to the relevant sites/agents terms and conditions regarding the same.

Photography and Filming of Roadhouse Properties:

Please feel free to click photographs and make memories all across Roadhouse Hostel properties. We, however, do not recommend filming of our property or other guests without prior verbal/written consent. The same can be undertaken as an offence.
